My good friend gave me a Stash Cache V1 this year, and immediately I thought it was the coolest thing in the world. A few months later I broke the glass oneie and was really bummed out. So I got a hold of the owner via the website’s Contact Us page and a few hours later he wrote me back.
He said he’s broken a few as well over the years, and made a special arrangement for me to buy just the oneie (& for a good price, too!). He even hooked it up sending me a custom 3D printed holder he made just to ensure the oneie was protected in shipping.
Bottom line, the owner stands behind his product! Communication was top notch. I will be back.
